Students from any year and any degree, recent graduates and people switching careers. Prior experience helps but isn’t required for the 1-month internship.

It is fully online, so you can join from anywhere with a laptop and internet. Interns who show strong capability may be invited to work offline from our co-working spaces in Chennai, Madurai or Coimbatore.

We review every application, then invite shortlisted applicants to a short interview or a small task. You hear back by email either way.

SkillTank Academy is KaizenSpark Tech’s learning vertical. It provides the courses and technical training inside the internship and issues course certificates. The internship, project work and your college internship certificate come from KaizenSpark Tech.

Every programme has the same one-time registration fee of ₹999. There are no other programme fees.

You pay the ₹999 registration fee by UPI when you register: scan the QR in your portal or tap “Pay with UPI app”, then enter the transaction ID (UTR). We verify it, usually within one working day, and unlock your portal. Pay only to the official UPI ID shown in your portal.

Yes. Students with strong skills or genuine financial need can have the fee waived in part or in full. Choose the option when you apply. Asking never affects whether you are selected.

No. The ₹999 is for internship registration only. SkillTank Academy courses are optional and charged separately, only if you choose to take one.

Your internship registration: mentor review of every task, the intern portal, your internship and course certificates, and college-credit documents.

Yes. Interns work in teams on real products and client projects. When a project earns revenue, the team is paid stipends from it, based on each intern’s performance. Skilled interns can join paid teams from the start. Stipends depend on project earnings, so they aren’t guaranteed.

We provide an offer letter, attendance record, evaluation and completion certificate, and support your project report. Share your college’s format when you apply and we prepare documents to match.

An internship certificate from KaizenSpark Tech with a unique verification ID, showing your track, dates and final level, plus SkillTank Academy certificates for any paid courses you complete.

Every certificate carries an ID like KST-7Q4MZP. Anyone can check it on our verification page.

Check in, work through a course module or your assigned task, submit finished work with proof, and write a short daily log before you check out.

Your score combines on-time delivery (35%), the quality rating on each task (30%), daily log consistency (20%) and attendance (15%). You can see it at any time.

Logs can be written until the end of the next day. After that the day is marked as missed, which lowers your log score.

No. The internship is a skill-development programme and we don’t promise placement. We put our full effort into your skills, portfolio and interview readiness. If your performance is outstanding and KaizenSpark Tech has an opening, you may be invited to apply through our normal hiring process.

Interns on the 3-month and 6-month internships receive a letter of recommendation written from their actual performance record.
